2. Our Services

All services are delivered on a per-link basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. No retainer or lock-in contract is required unless specified in a custom agreement.
3. Orders & Payments
3.1 Placing an Order
Orders are confirmed once you have submitted your campaign requirements and we have issued a written confirmation (email is sufficient).
3.2 Pricing
Our per-link pricing is as published on our website at the time of your order:
Starter: $300/link
Premium: $270/link
Enterprise: $250/link
Volume discounts and custom pricing are available for enterprise clients and agencies. All prices are in USD and exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.3 Payment Terms
Payment is due in advance of campaign delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via the methods listed on our website. Invoices not paid within 14 days may result in campaign suspension.
3.4 Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on links that are not delivered as described. This guarantee applies to individual undelivered or non-compliant links, not to campaign performance or ranking outcomes.
4. Delivery & Timelines
Standard link delivery times are 4–8 weeks per placement, depending on the package and niche.
Timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as placements depend on third-party publisher availability.
We will notify you of any material delays.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete campaign information (target URLs, anchor text, niche details)
Ensure that your website and target pages comply with applicable laws and do not contain illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
Not request links to websites that promote gambling, adult content, pharmaceuticals, or other restricted categories without prior written agreement
We reserve the right to decline any order that conflicts with our editorial standards or publisher relationships.
6. Reporting & Transparency
All completed link placements are reported monthly with:
Live link URLs
Domain rating (DR) and traffic verification
Anchor text confirmation
Enterprise clients with live dashboard access will receive real-time reporting as agreed during onboarding.
7. White Label Services
If you purchase our white label link building service, you agree that:
You are responsible for your end-client relationships and communications
You will not disclose Link Aspire as the underlying provider without our prior written consent
You will not resell our services at prices that undercut our published rates without agreement
8. Intellectual Property
All content created by Link Aspire as part of your campaign (including guest post articles) becomes your property upon full payment. Our website content, branding, and materials remain the intellectual property of Link Aspire and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We do not guarantee specific ranking improvements or traffic outcomes, SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including Google algorithm changes.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific campaign in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
11. No Guarantee of Rankings
While we use proven white-hat link building strategies, we make no guarantee of specific ranking positions, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. Search engine algorithms change frequently and are outside our control.
12. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel a campaign at any time before link placement has begun for a full refund.
Once outreach or content creation has commenced, a partial refund may be issued proportional to work not yet delivered.
Refund requests must be submitted to admin@linkaspire.com within 30 days of the order date.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services without notice if:
Payment is not received within the agreed timeframe
You breach any of these Terms
Your website content violates applicable law or our editorial standards
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction in which Link Aspire operates.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
